As an airport ground handling company, since 1995 we have taken care of our customers with commitment and passion, placing at the centre of our activities the safety of operations, the quality of services and the creation of sustainable value for our partners and the local communities in which we operate. Our path of continuous growth has allowed us to become a reference player in the Italian airport sector, building solid and lasting partnerships with airlines, airports, carriers and businesses.

Our mission is to provide operational excellence to our customers, with a service culture based on training, innovation and maximum attention to the safety management system, operating with integrity for the sustainable development of more efficient services every day.

Our story

1995
It is the year of our foundation, in partnership with Meridiana Airlines
1999
After the deregulation of the sector we begin to offer the first ground services to third parties
2006
The entire ownership of the company is acquired by a group of Italian investors (Aviation Services International Srl)
2015
We are acquiring Groundcare, the largest handling operator in Rome (Fiumicino and Ciampino), from bankruptcy proceedings, providing jobs for over 600 employees.
2016
We are the first of three to be awarded the provision of ramp services (subject to limitations) at Rome Fiumicino Airport.
2017
We are joining Elite, a program of the Italian Stock Exchange reserved for companies with high strategic and innovative potential.
2018
We are the first of three to be awarded the provision of ramp services (subject to limitations) at Venice Airport.
2021
We have been selected to provide ground handling services at Cuneo Airport for commercial and general aviation flights and for into-plane activities.
2022
Aviation Services Handling Ltd. was established to provide handling and cargo-handling services at Malta International Airport in January 2023.
2024
Operations begin at the new Salerno-Amalfi Coast Airport
2025
Start of operations at Edinburgh Airport (UK)
